SongStudio songs by Smartt Originals are created as personalised keepsake songs for private and personal use only.

No commercial rights are included.

No commercial rights are available through SongStudio.

The client may listen to the song, download their personal copy, and share it privately with family and friends using the approved SongStudio share link.

The client must not sell, license, monetise, broadcast, publicly distribute, commercially release, remix, sample, adapt, register, upload for streaming release, use in advertising, use in paid social media campaigns, place into Content ID, or claim ownership of the final song, recording, arrangement, production, or any version created by Smartt Originals.

Smartt Originals retains ownership and control of the final song recording, production, arrangement, mix, master, alternate versions, edits, and any remix or remake created by Smartt Originals.

If the client supplies lyrics, stories, names, photos, voice notes, or other materials, the client confirms they have the right to provide them and gives Smartt Originals permission to use them only for creating and delivering the personalised song, unless separate written consent is given for any wider use.

Smartt Originals does not accept requests to copy existing songs, melodies, lyrics, recordings, artist voices, backing tracks, samples, or copyrighted works.

Any public, commercial, broadcast, streaming, remix, advertising, or monetised use is outside the SongStudio service and is not permitted.

Your final song will be stored securely in SongStudio for the storage period included with your package. During this period, you can download it, share it privately, and request support. After this period, we may delete the stored file unless extended storage is arranged. Please download and keep your own copy.
